The best way to get to know Lutheran West is to visit.
Located in scenic Rocky River, Ohio, our campus features state-of-the-art facilities, a turf football field, grass fields, a ceramics and fine art studio, a 490-seat performing arts center, and much more. With our current building expansion project, the largest in school history, Lutheran West will additionally offer more classrooms, science labs, a video production lab, large scene construction shop and dressing rooms in the performing arts center, and much more.
The ideal way to experience our school culture and community is to pay us a visit, preferably during a school day so you can see Lutheran West “in action”: take a personal tour, schedule a shadow day for your student, or register for an upcoming Admissions event.

Take A Personal Tour
A campus tour, led by a member of our Admissions staff, is the perfect way to see a snapshot of Lutheran West…we think that’s why 90% of families who tour end up enrolling their student(s) at West! Tours can be scheduled on any school day from August through May.

Schedule a Student Shadow Day
Prospective students will be paired with a current student to experience a “day in the life” at Lutheran West, including classes, Chapel, and lunch.

Admissions Open House
The Admissions Office hosts an Open House each fall, at which interested families can take a school tour, explore programs, meet faculty and staff, and learn more about the admissions process, tuition assistance, and scholarship opportunities.
At an Open House, families interested in middle school (grades 6-8) and/or high school (grades 9-12) can:
– Take a tour of the school and stop at activity stations throughout the tour
– Learn about our curriculum and academic programs
– See the 36,000+ square feet of just-opened, brand new spaces at Lutheran West
– Explore our athletic programs & extracurricular activities
– Meet and ask questions of the admissions team, faculty, and other administrators

Future 6th Grader Day
Each February
– For current 5th graders (prospective 6th graders): games, activities, snacks, meet other future Longhorns
– For prospective 6th grader parents: information sessions, coffee, snacks, connect with other future parents
– Tour Lutheran West, including the 36,000+ square feet of just-opened, brand new spaces
– Meet and ask questions of the admissions team, faculty, and other administrators
