Fine Arts
The fine arts program at Lutheran West provides a chance for students to explore their creativity and perspective. Art courses include traditional classes such as drawing, painting, and ceramics, as well as modern arts options such as digital photography, graphic design, and 2-D/3-D computer art. Students work both individually and collaboratively to produce unique works of art and are able to explore a wide variety of media with which to bring their visions to life. Students display their work throughout the school year for their peers, families, and the community.
Our spacious fine arts studio and classroom includes plenty of room for a variety of art projects to be underway simultaneously. A highlight of the arts room is our own on-site ceramics kiln, in which students learn to fire their own ceramic pieces.
Visit our online galleries to view art pieces created by current Lutheran West students as well as alumni.
