Admissions Testing
Admissions Testing is a required step in the Lutheran West Admissions process.
Testing is designed to gain insight into the academic background of prospective students so that we will able to tailor each accepted student's academic path at Lutheran West. Each student must attend a testing session in order for his or her application to be considered complete.

Advanced registration to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) is strongly encouraged. Any student who walks in the day of the test may be turned away if the testing site is already at capacity. Strict capacity restrictions will be enforced at each testing site in order to keep all students and proctors safe.

Lutheran West will be adhering to state guidelines during our testing sessions.  All students will be seated a minimum of 6 feet apart and required to wear a mask.  In an effort to be as contactless as possible, we will be testing on school issued laptops that are pre-sanitized instead of the bubble scan sheets and booklets.  This will eliminate the need to pass-out and collect materials. New pencils will be available for students to use for any figuring they need to do.  Students are welcome to bring a personal water bottle for use during the test.

Online registration closes for each session at 11:59 PM two days before each test session.
