Mr. Josh Hubeler
Mr. Hubeler graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin Mequon in 2002. At Concordia, he earned a degree in Business Education and played soccer.  In 2006, Josh received his Masters’ Degree from Northern Arizona University in Education Leadership. Currently, he is working on a Masters degree in Coaching Athletic Administration.

After teaching four years in his hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, he relocated to Lutheran West. He was strongly encouraged by Mr. Josh Campbell, faculty member at Lutheran West and former roommate, classmate, and fellow soccer player at Concordia Mequon. Mr. Hubeler became the Head Coach of the Longhorn Men’s Soccer team in 2007 and has enjoyed every minute of it since. He has also assisted with the men’s basketball and women’s basketball teams.

Mr. Hubeler says about coaching at West, "I enjoy setting goals and challenges for our players and students. The Lord has provided us with an amazing body and mind to reach higher than anticipated expectations. Sports are an excellent opportunity to display God-given talents and be thankful for those talents." His most memorable coaching moments come from the multiple playoff runs and the 14-4-1 men's soccer season in 2011.

Mr. Hubeler loves spending time with his wife, Christine, and two boys, James and Levi. The two boys keep the family busy with daily activities. The most enjoyable activities for the Hubeler family are swim lessons, soccer, bike rides, and camping.

Mrs. Caroline Pangrace
Caroline Pangrace never imagined that her teaching would be considered a ministry, but she believes firmly that God planned her vocation and led her to Lutheran West. She earned her B.A. in German from the University of Mount Union and a Masters of Arts in Teaching (German K-12) from Kent State University. Caroline then came to Lutheran West and now teaches all German classes as well as sections of New Testament and Church History. In addition to teaching, she also serves as our school's Drama Director and heads up the international summer trips for students and parents that are offered through Lutheran West. She is an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Parma, where she serves as a youth leader and co-director of Vacation Bible School. Caroline feels blessed to have grown so much personally and to see her students and former students grow themselves during her years at West. She is excited to continue her ministry and see what God has in store for the future.

Mr. Michael Waugh '02
Mr. Waugh graduated from Lutheran West in 2002 and went on to Valparaiso University. After college, he returned to Rocky River to work at West as a member of the teaching faculty and golf coach. He was also instrumental in the founding of Lutheran West's Senney Honors Academy in 2012. He then went on to work at Milwaukee Lutheran for several years before being called back to Lutheran West in 2018 to serve as Principal. Although his duties as Principal keep him busy, Mr. Waugh finds it invaluable to remain in the classroom and therefore teaches one section of religion courses.
His wife, Jamie, is also a Lutheran West graduate, and the couple resides in Fairview Park with their three small children.
