She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and attended Lutheran schools as a child. She was a four-year soccer player for Concordia, along with being involved with intramurals and small group ministry. She has also had the opportunity to travel internationally on mission trips through soccer and service-based programs. She is excited to be a part of Lutheran West, teaching Physical Education and Computer Applications classes and serving as the head coach of the women’s soccer team. Mrs. Thomay married Lutheran West alumnus Cal Thomay in 2015. She looks forward to continuing her ministry by sharing her experiences with and helping students form their own experiences as well.
