Wrestling NEO CWC Camp

The Northeast Ohio Championship Wrestling Camp features an all-star cast of counselors:  Chris Vodruska, Logan Stieber, Hunter Stieber, Mike Pucillo, and J Jaggers.  

The five day camp is broken down as follows:

• Day 1:  Features offensive techniques from the neutral position including basic moves (single, double, high crotch) and advanced techniques (cross ankle picks and inside trips)
• Day 2:  Features additional techniques from the neutral position as well as a set of defensive arsenals from the standing position.  
• Day 3: Features offensive moves from the top position including cradles, power halves, tilts, and leg turks.
• Day 4: Features techniques from bottom including solid escapes, leg defense, and sit-outs used at the collegiate level.
• Day 5: Features a round-robin style tournament to showcase your new knowledge

The morning session is based around basic techniques directed towards beginning wrestlers.  The afternoon session will still contain basic technique but will move at a quicker pace.

Session One

Grades: 6 - 14 years old (1-3 years of experience)

Times: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Session Two

Grades: 12 - 18 year olds (3+ years of experience)

Times: 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
