Need-Based Financial Awards

Tuition Assistance and Financial Aid
Tuition assistance, need-based scholarships and student loans may be available.

Families that are new to Lutheran West (new applicants)
are invited to apply for tuition assistance. Family circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  A complete Lutheran West admissions application must be submitted in order to be considered for need-based financial awards. Although awards are given on a rolling basis, priority processing will be given to families who submit applications by December 31, 2018

Lutheran West’s tuition assistance program uses TADS Financial Aid Assessment. Once the admission application has been submitted, the financial aid tab will be available within TADS and applicants will receive a code enabling them to apply for tuition assistance.

There is no fee to submit an admissions application, but please note there is a $39 application fee required by TADS at the time of tuition assistance application submission. Tuition assistance award notifications for complete applications submitted by the December 31, 2018 priority deadline will be sent via U.S. mail in early February 2019.

For your convenience, TADS offers a Financial Aid Worksheet. It is recommended that you download and complete this worksheet before filling out your application.
