Promise #6: Life Purpose and Vocation

Students are encouraged to begin exploring God’s purpose for his/her life.

The decision of what to do with your life is a big question.  Finding the answer to this question is a journey that often begins in high school.  Lutheran West students are encouraged to begin exploring not only "what to do with your life", but also "what is God’s purpose for your life".

Our faculty and staff encourages students to remember that the answer to this question includes the blending of God-given abilities, including academics and personal talents, with a trusting heart that is open to God’s leading. A few of the ways we strive to build on this concept are:
